The prelim exam has already been completed and now candidates are now waiting for the Mains examination. Candidates should understand the pattern of mains exam and they have to prepare according to it. A lot of candidates are not confident with the descriptive examination but SBI po has a major part of descriptive test which candidates are required to pass. Without clearing the Mains objective test the descriptive test will not be evaluated and so it is important for candidates to pass the objective test first. SBI PO Descriptive test tips and tricks

Candidates should know that they need to pass the descriptive examination also after they pass the objective test in mains examination. There will be 200 questions from objective test for 200 marks and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each of the wrong answer. Also there will be SBI PO Mains 2017 descriptive exam soon after the 2 hour of time limit is exhausted for the objective test. Descriptive exam will be conducted on computer and candidates will be required to type the letter/ essay/ précis etc on computer with the help of keyboard.

Candidates will get 1 hour of time for the descriptive examination and in that time they have to finish the test which are provided to them. There may be 3 type of questions and candidates should write in the box provided and after it they have to click save to move to the next question. Descriptive exam will make a huge difference if candidates will qualify the objective test. While informal letter also called as personal letter is written to the family members and friends of the person writing the latter. They should follow the pattern of letter writing and generally 2-3 paragraphs must be there to explain the main idea of the letter.
