MS Excel short cut Keys of Computer Awareness

MS Excel short cuts for IBPS PO and Clerk examination.Microsoft Excel provides lots of feature for record and storage type of data. It is a software program in Ms Office suite which enables the users to enter the data in the pre defined cells to form a record. The smallest individual unit of information in the Ms excel is called a cell. A group of cells form a record. The record can be related to anything like the employee details and the record of the purchase and sell of the goods and services of a company etc. A lot of details can be stored and manipulated in the MS Excel file and a group of MS Excel files are called the work Book. Thus a group of worksheets that contains different records make a workbook. These work sheets can be joined. There are several formulae which can manipulate these data easily and so it is widely used in industries. There are some of the functions and short cuts which are used in the program which the candidates must know.

F2 Edit the selected cell

F5 Go to a specific cell. For example, C6
