IBPS Clerk 2016 Notification online application form Aug 2016 eligibility bankers adda and apply online before last date Sep 2016 ,exam date ,syllabus pattern ,cut off marks previous. IBPS will release the notification for the recruitment of candidates to the post of clerks in public sector banks very soon now. Large number of candidates are preparing for IBPS clerk recruitment which is going to be released very soon. Candidates will be required to apply for the post through online mode. They have to check IBPS CWE notification 6 and after this they have to ensure their eligibility. They have to apply for the post online and after this they will be registered successfully. After successful registration process candidates will have to appear for exam. Now 2 phases of exam will be conducted and candidates will be required to pass both the tests. IBPS Clerk CWE VI clerk eligibility

Educational qualification: all those candidates who have passed their graduation/ post graduation/ MBA/ BTECH etc from any recognized university or its equivalent are eligible to apply for the post. There is no percentage requirement and candidates must have been declared qualified/ passed in Graduation. Minimum educational qualification is graduation. Candidates must have passed their graduation or its equivalent educational qualification from recognized university.

IBPS Clerk Age limit

Age of the candidates should not exceed 27 years for general category. For all other category, age will be relaxed as per the government norms.

Application fee:

Candidates will be required to pay Rs 600 as application fee for General and OBC category and Rs 100 as application fee for rest of the categories.

IBPS clerk exam pattern

The exam will be conducted in two phases prelim and mains. Passing in both the phase is mandatory.

Pattern of prelim exam:

There will be 100 questions in prelim and time allowed will be 1 hour. There will be negative marking for 0.25 marks and candidates should be attentive for it. There will be 3 sections in the exam. All the sections will contain objective type questions only.

1.       English language for 30 marks

2.       Math aptitude test for 35 marks

3.       Reasoning section for 35 marks

Candidates who will qualify prelim will be selected for mains exam. There will be sectional as well as overall cutoff in both the prelim and mains examination.

IBPS clerk mains exam pattern

The mains exam will be the most important phase. The prelim exam will be only of qualifying purpose. The marks obtained in prelim will not be counted and it is to select candidates for mains phase. There will be 5 sections in mains exam, all the sections will be objective in nature. There will be no descriptive test in the exam. There will be negative marking in exam. ¼ of the total marks allotted to the question will be deducted as penalty for wrong answer. There will be 5 sections

1.       General English for 40 marks

2.       Reasoning section for 50 marks

3.       Math Aptitude test for 50 marks

4.       General awareness for 50 marks

5.       Computer awareness test for 20 marks

Total marks will be 200 and time allowed will be 2 hours. Candidates have to score good marks in the mains exam to be shortlisted for post.

There will not be any interview for IBPS clerk now.
